• Payments are due as specified in the applicable agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

We understand the sensitive nature of business information. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in separate non-disclosure agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visioncraft Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visioncraft Innovations, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
